• Enjoy access to the property for your immediate family, vendors, and staff starting at 9:00 AM.
• Utilize our catering kitchen, equipped with stainless steel counter space, a three-compartment sink, and a large refrigerator.

Intimate Wedding Experience (Micro Wedding)

Designed for couples who want a beautiful, meaningful celebration without the stress of a large wedding, our Intimate Wedding Experience includes 5 hours of exclusive access to Folktale Event Center for up to 55 guests.

Included with Your Rental:

• Indoor ceremony and reception space

• Catering kitchen
• Indoor and outdoor event spaces
• Beautiful outdoor photo settings
• Tables, chairs, and linens
• Setup and breakdown

For indoor weddings, the ceremony and reception take place in the same space and will be thoughtfully flipped by our team between the ceremony and dinner.

Bar Service

• Folktale provides exclusive in-house bar service.
• Bartenders are $25 per hour, per bartender, with a 4-hour minimum.

A $250 beverage minimum is required.

Need a little extra time?

• Additional evening hours may be added for $200 per hour.

PLEASE NOTE: A 50% deposit is required to officially reserve your date.

Celebrations

• Enjoy exclusive access to Folktale Event Center’s Dining and Main Room for up to 5 hours. This package also features the Catering Kitchen, along with linens and the setup of tables and chairs.
• Need additional time?  Add additional morning time for $150.00 per hour.  Night owls can keep the party going and add time for an additional $200.00 per hour.

Bar Options & Beverage Service

Bartender Service

• $25 per hour, per bartender
• 4-hour minimum
• Bartender’s fee goes directly to the bartender
• For most events (up to ~40 guests), only one bartender is needed
• A $250 beverage minimum is required for any bartender-hosted bar

Bar Options

• All-Inclusive Bar
• $22 per person (21+)
• Includes 4 hours of service
• Beer, wine, and standard mixed drinks
• Event Insurance recommended
• 20% Gratuity Required
• Cash Bar
• Guests pay for their own drinks
• Cash Bar with Retainer
• Host places a set dollar amount behind the bar
• Once the retainer is reached, the bar switches to a cash bar for guests

DIY Mimosa Bar (No Bartender Required)

• $30 per bottle of sparkling wine
• Client provides juices
• Folktale provides champagne flutes
• Bottles will be chilled and ready
• No bartender fee required
